A new feature is now live at the Diaspora* pod diaspora.happeningin.eu:

Who to follow (Recent Posters)

• The new Who to follow (Recent Posters) feature suggests active and interesting people for you to follow – parameters taken in account are engagement, freshness and participation in the community.
• This is an interpod feature, it will pull and introduce people from all pods.

As the pod lifted the limitations on commenting to everyone comment everything, public is public and you need not add/follow the user to join in or like the discussion/subject.

Just to note that todays websocket patch was not applied on diaspora.happeningin.eu, and I am not applying all patches as they come anymore – I am individually and manually applying and merging patches from various sources, specially Pistos branches, plus the self programmed features like the one above.

Main focus at the moment is on interpod communication, and I will be applying Pistos patches for Groups next.
